About the Authors
Tony da Luz is currently the Head Varsity Women's Soccer Coach at Wake Forest University, where his teams have earned NCAA playoff berths eleven years in a row. He played soccer at the University of San Diego, subsequently becoming their Assistant Men's and Head Women's Varsity Soccer Coach.
Meagan Cox was a varsity soccer player at Wake Forest University where she is now an Assistant Coach.
Skip Thorp played goalkeeper at the University of Delaware. He is now Assistant Varsity Women's Soccer Coach and the Head Goalkeeper Coach at Wake Forest University. All three coaches have extensive experience coaching youth soccer at multiple ages and levels.
Their youth teams have won multiple tournaments including the coveted State Cup Championships.
The producer, Bill Ward, has extensive experience as a youth soccer coach, as a player in adult leagues, and as a parent of five children, four of whom play soccer avidly.
